ENSMUSG00000022836;国家支撑计划项目,排他使用期已过,产权归属于南京大学模式动物研究所 此品系的表型数据请参考列出的“文献”。风险提示:NRCMM获得杂合子即进行了冷冻,并未进行进一步繁育和表型分析验证。所以无法对文献中的数据进行保证。 该品系在制作过程中引入了FRT-Neo-FRT元件,该抗性基因的存在可能会造成目的基因表达异常,出现KO表型,需要配表达FLP重组酶的工具鼠将其删除。 “十一五”国家科技支撑计划重点项目“人类重大疾病小鼠模型的建立与应用”以支撑我国重大疾病研究和创新药物开发为宗旨,南京大学模式动物研究所获准参与其中课题二《人类重大疾病相关基因的条件性基因剔除小鼠品系的建立》的组织实施工作,在3年内研制出了60种疾病相关或功能未知基因的条件性基因剔除小鼠模型,由国家遗传工程小鼠资源库(NRCMM)统一管理,NRCMM享有对以上材料(包括小鼠,DNA,胚胎,ES细胞等)的所有权,并进行数据信息的发布及品系的保种。第三方使用时需签订:(国家科技支撑计划-国家遗传工程小鼠资源库 科技材料转让协议)。
